| • Most dogs will fall within the listed price ranges if they are groomed on a consistent schedule (every 4–8 weeks, depending on coat type). | |
| • Short hair dogs (eg. Boxer, Pit Bull, French Bulldog) typically would receive Full Service Baths and NOT Full Service Grooms that include clippers. If a shavedown is needed, please call resort for pricing details. | |
| • All of our Full Grooms base pricing considers breed's average weight, coat type, coat length, bathing, drying, and standard brushing time requirements. | |
| • Common Add-Ons Such as De-Matting and Extra-Care needs will be assessed by Groomer and clients will be contacted prior to fee applied. Extra-Care Fee can be applied for dogs that may require more comforting, and grooming familiarization. | |

| At least 48 hours prior to your dog's arrival for any service at Elite Suites Pet Resort, we must have a formal vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian indicating that your dog is up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella and Canine Influenza. Please send records to [email protected] (Heath location), [email protected] (Southlake location), or upload them to your pet parent portal. |
| Spay/Neuter Requirements |
| To be included in our group play, your dog must pass our daycare play evaluation for sociability, ability to listen and have recall and must know their name. Males must be neutered if over 6 months of age. Male dogs under 6 months of age are eligible for play until they reach the six month mark. Female dogs are not able to board or come for daycare if they are in heat or pregnant. |
| Rates & Fees |
| Peak or seasonal rates may apply. Holiday and Peak Season reservations require a three night deposit per pet. Deposits are fully refundable with cancellation notice of 15 days. Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation will lose the deposit. Standard check-out time is 12:00 pm. A $20 fee will apply if your pet is picked up after 12 pm and you have not booked a Gold or Silver package. Multi-pet discout applies to nightly boarding fee only; not valid on activitiy packages or other services. |
