At Elite Suites, we strive to be the best, delivering highly personalized, caring attention to each guest. In our Grooming Salon, we meet the Gold Paw Standard by providing highly qualified and certified groomers. In addition, we take no shortcuts. Every guest receives personal attention.
Quality Equipment
Starting with our bathing area, we have only the best equipment and trained personnel. Our Elite Bath utilizes a pressurized/massaging process to deep clean and massage while ensuring all loose hair is removed. We then utilize personal forced air drying (NEVER drying cages) which relaxes the pet and prepares them for their new hairdo. Again, personal attention every step of the way!
Grooming & Bathing Service Menu
Full Groom: includes nails, ear cleaning, shampoo/condition, blow-out, full groom/cut with either clippers and/or hand scissoring.
Face, Feet & Tail: includes nails, ear cleaning, shampoo/condition and face, feet and tail clean up only.
Spa Bath: includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, brush out, nail trim and ear cleaning.
Additional Services: de-shed treatment, ear cleaning, nail trim, nail dremel, gland expression, de-matting (minimal), teeth brushing and blueberry whitening facials.
We encourage all of our clients to meet with their groomer to discuss exactly what they want done and to pass along any special tips about their pet. After all, we understand that we are taking care of a member of your family and ours!
Elite Suites Southlake Grooming Salon Policies:
Grooming Appointments:
Our groomers work on an appointment-based schedule and their time is valuable to us and our clients as a whole.
Any grooming appointment that is missed/no show will be charged the full groom rate of the groom for the dog scheduled.
Appointments that arrive over 10 minutes late for their scheduled grooming appointment time will be charged a $50 late fee and are subject to being rescheduled depending on the groomer's schedule.
Pet Health:
We reserve the right to decline services should we feel any dog is not in optimal health for a groom.
We cannot bathe or groom a dog with stitches or open wounds, severe skin irritations or skin infections of any sort. Additionally, we cannot bathe or groom dogs who are recently recovering from a major surgery, such as a torn ACL. Please call us with any specific questions about scheduling your pet.
We love our senior dogs and may require them to be booked for longer appointment times so that we can go at their pace and make sure they are comfortable and give them breaks as needed.
